Australia's Port Hedland Iron Ore exports decline 16.2% m/m in July
WEST PERTH (Scrap Register): Iron ore shipments from Australia's Port Hedland recorded at 41 million tonnes in July, rose 0.76% from 40.69 million tonnes in July last year, according to latest data from the Pilbara Ports Authority.
Port Hedland iron ore exports, however, declined 16.2% in July when compared with the export of 48.93 million tonnes in June 2019.
Exports of copper concentrates through Port Hedland in July doubled to 47,880 tonnes from 23,900 tonnes in July last year. Copper concentrates exports rose 310.84% when compared with 11,654 tonnes in June 2019.
