Aluminium Stewardship Initiative certifies Bridnorth Aluminium against ASI Performance Standard
BRIDNORTH (Scrap Register): The Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) has announced the certification of Bridnorth Aluminium’s plant in Shropshire, United Kingdom to the ASI Performance Standard for responsible aluminium production.
The newly-certified plant consists of casthouses, rolling mills, a pair of Litho Centres, a multi-slitting line, and finishing lines. In operation since 1933, the plant produces lithographic coils, foilstock, transformer windings, and formable aluminium strips and coils for automotive heat and sound absorbing components.
